COMPETITION
We compete in the Puget Sound Region league, which is comprised of the highest-level volleyball clubs in the Puget Sound region and is USAV sanctioned. In addition, there will be additional tournaments for each team to participate in, to include national qualifiers.

Jessica Poulos
14U Head Coach
My name is Jessica and I am the head coach for the 14U girls team. I have a wonderful husband and 5 kids. I grew up loving volleyball. I played outside hitter and middle blocker for River Ridge High School (1996-2000). I was offered an opportunity to continue playing at the collegiate level. I played DS/Libero for the Oregon Ducks and for Central Washington University (2000-2004). Volleyball gave me opportunities I wouldn't have had otherwise. Many of my strengths as an adult and business owner I owe to volleyball...hard work, determination, dedication. I have also built lifelong friendships. My goal in coaching is to help build confidence and strength in these young women while teaching solid mechanics of volleyball. I believe in positive coaching and building up each individual so they can reach their potential.
